By downloading, installing, or using the Fairchild Orchid Tracker app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

The Fairchild Orchid Tracker is a mobile application designed to help visitors and researchers track and document orchids at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. The App provides features including QR code scanning for orchid identification, location-based mapping of orchid sites, and photo documentation capabilities.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of orchid tracking and documentation
- Provide accurate information when submitting data
- Not use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose

Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Ty Roachford and Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
When you upload photos or other content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You retain ownership of any content you submit but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share such content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
